The consultation phase gives me the opportunity to learn details about your project so that I can effectively create an eProduct that aligns with your brand and your vision. You can share your expectations as well as discuss project deadlines, pricing, or any pertinent concepts. I want to make sure that we are a good fit from the beginning, before any contracts are signed and I embark on any design work. Once we have agreed, the proposal is signed and I've received the confirmation from the Payment Portal, we can get started with your project.

Once you have secured a spot via the Design Intensive Payment Portal, you have the option of a 30-minute clarity call or you can trust me to begin on your project using the information given to me from the Client Questionnaire. It is important that we are on the same page throughout this process no matter how big or small the project. Your experience and satisfaction means a lot to me.

The ball is now in my court and I can do what I LOVE, which is utilizing all the wonderful tools and graphics at my disposal to make your eProduct shine! By this time, I've collected enough information from you to do the appropriate research and move forward into design more. You can be confident enough to direct your attention to other matters of your business while I am immersed in the design process.

I will be staying in touch along the way for any feedback. Remember, you are afforded 2 revisions if there are aspects of the design you are not pleased with on the front end. Any additional revisions are subject to fees.

Although this is an eProduct, rest assured your design will be formatted in case you want to have it print in a commercial printing facility. You will receive a PDF file and the Adobe InDesign original file once the project is completed.
